Responsibilities

• Delegate assignments and supervise the quality of output of other coordinators.
• Ensure a seamless flow of activities during proposal and EOI preparation.
• Prepare monthly market intelligence reports.
• Compile, edit, and proofread EOIs/Proposals.
• Review and revise documents prepared by others.
• Determine scope and timeline of EOIs/Proposal development.
• Develop knowledge of the business and standards.
• Maintain document storage and reference materials.
• Update project experience tables and follow up on project data sheets.
• Build photo library for proposal text.
• Develop desktop publishing capability for proposals.
• Keep all parties informed on EOIs/Proposals.
• Ensure quality assurance in accordance with SMEC procedures.
• Prepare monthly reports on win/loss ratios and costs.
• Assist in researching appropriate partners.
