Symbos in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned Proposal Development & Content Creation professional to lead end-to-end bid responses. You will craft strategies, win themes, and persuasive narratives to address client requirements and differentiate the company in competitive procurements.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Executive teams across time zones, ensuring governance, quality assurance, and compelling presentation materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposal strategies aligned with client evaluation criteria and procurement requirements.
• Define win themes and craft compelling proposal structures and response frameworks.
• Write, edit, and review executive summaries, solution narratives, and client responses.
• Translate complex operational, technical, and commercial information into clear, customer-focused content.
• Ensure responses address client requirements, demonstrate value, and differentiate Symbos.
• Coordinate design and formatting to produce professional submissions.
