Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Commercial Bid Manager in Cavite to own end-to-end client-facing content, including proposals, decks, and case studies. You will tailor messaging to client needs and work closely with Sales, Client Services, and Marketing to ensure timely, accurate, and compelling materials.

The role requires 5+ years in writing or proposal management, excellent English communication, and a Bachelor's degree. You will manage multiple deadlines with a focus on accuracy, branding, and impact.

• Mastery of the English language in both writing and speech.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creation and quality control of client-facing content (proposals, decks, case studies, web content).
• Tailor messaging to address client needs, pain points, and priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Marketing for content alignment and deadlines.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Maintain and update internal content databases and SOPs for efficiency.
• Partner with Creatives to ensure branding and design are consistent across materials.
