• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) or Business Administration.
• 7+ years in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing distribution and supply chain operations in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Solid background in multi‑modal transport, bulk/heavy material handling, and large‑scale warehousing.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Logistics Manager for our Davao operations to direct plant-level logistics, inbound material flows, and outbound multi-modal distribution networks.

In this key leadership role, you will manage end-to-end supply chain operations—from receiving local and imported raw materials through port and marine terminals to managing bulk finished-goods warehousing and nationwide fulfillment. Operating within a high-volume process manufacturing environment, you will drive operational efficiency, carrier performance, safety compliance, and digital transformation while partnering closely with plant management and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Supply Chain Leadership: Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring seamless movement of raw materials and finished goods from suppliers to plant facilities and end customers.

• Multi-Modal Fleet & Port Operations: Direct high-volume inbound and outbound transport utilizing heavy trucking fleets, maritime cargo/vessels, and specialized equipment tailored for both continuous operations and scheduled plant maintenance turnarounds.

• Logistics Infrastructure Management: Oversee the operational readiness, upkeep, and safety of core logistics facilities, including port/pier terminals, storage yards, warehouses, and mobile heavy equipment.

• Service Provider & Cost Optimization: Conduct rigorous performance reviews, negotiations, and operational management with 3PL providers, shipping lines, haulers, and cargo handling contractors to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and service reliability.

• Inventory Control & Order Fulfillment: Monitor and balance inventory across distribution nodes to maximize order fulfillment rates while minimizing holding and carrying costs.

• Digitalization & Continuous Improvement: Spearhead process automation and digital logistics tools to enhance operational visibility, reduce manual bottlenecks, and eliminate waste.

• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) standards across all logistics assets and contractor activities. Ensure rigorous vetting and safety compliance for 3rd‑party transporters, drivers, vessel crews, and site personnel.

• Customer Focus & Problem Resolution: Collaborate with commercial and customer service teams to maintain high service standards, resolving operational issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechanical/Supply Chain), Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years in a managerial or supervisory capacity overseeing integrated distribution and supply chain operations within an industrial, heavy manufacturing, or continuous process manufacturing environment.

• Domain Expertise: Solid background managing multi‑modal transport (land and maritime/port operations), bulk or heavy material handling, and large‑scale warehouse operations.

• Technical & Digital Skills: Proven track record of executing supply chain digitalization, process improvements, and data‑driven logistics management.

• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with experience managing large teams, 3PL partners, and cross‑functional internal teams.

• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics networks, port operations, transport regulations, and supply chain dynamics within the Philippines.
