Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive relationship owner for strategic banking customers in the Philippines.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Drive customer retention, expansion, and long-term account growth.
• Manage customer satisfaction and executive engagement throughout the account lifecycle.
• Act as the executive commercial owner for customer escalations, strategic reviews, and major project governance discussions.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts and drive account expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure customer success.
• Support customer escalations and work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
