Job summary

Audax is seeking an Associate Director of Sales for the Philippines to lead the local banking and financial institutions portfolio. You will drive new client acquisition, build a partner ecosystem, and manage end-to-end sales cycles across retail, SME, and embedded finance.

You will coordinate regulatory matters, align with product, delivery, and marketing teams, and maintain strong forecasts and pipeline visibility. Strong experience in fintech sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships, or account management within fintech, banking, or consulting.
• Demonstrated track record progressing and winning complex B2B deals in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own the Philippines sales portfolio, driving new banking and financial institution client wins against agreed revenue targets.
• Execute the regional go-to-market plan defined with global leadership, adapting positioning and outreach to local market conditions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and deal closure — for target banking and FI accounts across retail, SME, and embedded finance segments.
• Build and maintain partnerships with system integrators, consultancies, cloud providers, and fintech players to expand partner-sourced pipeline.
• Lead stakeholder alignment across customers, partners, and internal teams (product, delivery, marketing, customer success) to progress opportunities and resolve competing priorities.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility for the territory, reporting regularly to the executive team.
• Represent Audax at regional conferences, forums, and client meetings to support pipeline generation and market visibility.
• Partner with solution engineers and delivery teams to translate client requirements into proposals, demos, and tailored presentations.
• Escalate regulatory, compliance, margin, or non-standard deal considerations to the appropriate internal teams before external commitments are made.
• Track local market, competitor, and regulatory developments relevant to banking technology, feeding insights back to product and leadership teams.
