Job summary

Surecomp is seeking a senior, relationship-driven Sales and Account Management Director based in Manila to own and grow strategic banking relationships in the Philippines. You will lead executive relationships, drive renewals and expansions, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer success.

You will also pursue selective new business with Philippine banks, including SaaS opportunities for mid-sized institutions, reporting to the Head of Commercial APAC in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of vendor-side enterprise software sales or account management to banks.
• Experience selling banking applications such as trade finance, core banking, transaction banking, cash management or payments.
• Hands-on experience owning customer-facing projects and activities, managing escalations and leading day-to-day relationship management with bank customers.
• Established senior relationships within major Philippine banks, across business, operations and technology leadership.
• Proven track record of growing strategic bank accounts over several years and managing long sales cycles with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Based in Metro Manila, with excellent written and spoken English and fluency in Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive relationships with Surecomp's strategic banking customers in the Philippines, acting as their primary commercial contact and trusted advisor.
• Protect and grow these accounts through renewals, upsell and cross-sell, guided by clear account plans.
• Lead and manage customer-facing projects and activities, drive strategic reviews and governance discussions, and own customer escalations through to resolution together with the delivery teams.
• Identify and develop selective new business with additional Philippine banks, including SaaS opportunities for mid-sized institutions.
• Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, from qualification and proposals through RFP responses, negotiation and contract closure.
• Work closely with solution consulting, delivery, product, marketing and finance to tailor solutions and ensure customer success.
• Represent Surecomp in the Philippine banking and fintech community, including industry events and associations.
