Job summary

Audax is seeking an Associate Director of Sales for the Philippines to lead the local commercial efforts in banking and financial institutions. You will drive new client wins, build a regional partner network, and own the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will coordinate with product, delivery, marketing, and customer success while managing the local forecast and pipeline. A strong network across banks and fintechs, and 10+ years in enterprise sales are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships, or account management within fintech, banking, or consulting.
• Demonstrated track record in complex B2B deals in financial services.
• Established professional network across banks and ecosystem partners in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Philippines sales portfolio, driving new banking and FI client wins against revenue targets.
• Execute regional go-to-market plan defined with global leadership, adapting positioning to local market conditions.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close for target banking and FI accounts.
• Build and maintain partnerships with system integrators, consultancies, cloud providers, and fintech players.
• Lead stakeholder alignment across customers, partners, and internal teams to progress opportunities.
