Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management.
• Excellent interpersonal, personal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Filipino (oral and written).
• Preferably with background in selling B2B SaaS software products.
• Preferably with technical knowledge on system integrations, web services, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manages the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, research, pitch, negotiation, closing and nurturing.
• Identifies, analyzes, and closes new business opportunities.
• Develops and delivers sales calls, demos or presentations; crafts proposals based on client requirements.
• Liaises with relevant teams to ensure success and required documentation.
• Creates and maintains long-term client relationships and monitors competitors’ activities.
• Develops and executes detailed account growth plans; conducts regular business reviews for client retention.
