Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the revenue engine across sales, operations, marketing and customer experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an administrative, operations coordinator, or sales support role.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM or a comparable CRM platform.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-department handoffs between the Sales team and core service divisions, ensuring seamless customer handoffs and consistent communication across departments.
• Manage new service agreement customer handoffs to the Service team; support data collection for prospective customers.
• Coordinate job setup, pricing documentation, and rebate tracking; maintain accurate records for all deal transitions.
• Facilitate new installation project handoffs to the Installation team and ensure all deal folders and documents are complete and accessible prior to handoff.
• Coordinate conference and trade show booth logistics from planning through completion; source and procure booth equipment and promotional materials.
