Responsibilities

• Perform outbound collection calls to customers across assigned delinquency buckets (0–30, 31–60, 61–90+) thru dialer
• Handle inbound calls and email inquiries related to payments, account status, and documentation
• Drive payment resolutions by negotiating, securing Promise-to-Pay (PTP), and following through on commitments
• Ensure timely follow-ups on assigned accounts to improve account touches and collection efficiency
• Utilize systems such as dialer, Infolease, Salesforce, and payment platforms for accurate documentation and tracking
