Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Category Specialist for Assets, Equipment & Services to bridge Warehouse Operations with Vendor Management. You will lead procurement activities, evaluate vendors, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize costs and ensure smooth daily operations across nationwide facilities.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement or supply chain, with hands-on experience in vendor evaluation, contract review, and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of procurement/vendor management/supply chain experience (PH preferred).
• Experience in fulfillment, warehouse distribution, or facilities and equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning for contracts and projects with internal teams.
• Develop procurement strategies to drive cost savings and alignment with business goals.
• Lead tendering, RFPs, and technical evaluations with procurement teams.
• Negotiate supplier terms and monitor vendor performance against SLAs.
• Oversee asset, equipment, and services planning across warehouses; ensure timely PR-to-PO conversion.
