Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative thinking with ability to structure problems and identify insights.
• Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven, collaborative environment.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Analyze inventory allocation, seller-to-warehouse assignment, inbound performance, inventory transfers, and supply planning.
• Monitor inventory and warehouse operation KPIs through dashboards and reports.
• Investigate inbound discrepancies, wrong-warehouse issues, inventory variances, and operational exceptions.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve inventory availability and planning accuracy.
• Identify bottlenecks in forecasting, replenishment, warehouse mapping and capacity, process handoffs, and inventory transfers.
• Support cross‑functional process improvement and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Assist with project analysis, solution design, timeline tracking, risk identification, and benefits tracking.
• Translate business requirements into system enhancements, algorithm improvements, or automation solutions.
• Support adoption of AI, automated reporting, and decision‑support tools across Supply & Demand processes.
• Prepare business updates, project progress reports, and analyses for stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and process guidelines with follow‑ups.
