Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a seasoned Head of Cross-Border Logistics to oversee end-to-end international B2C operations, including warehouse, customs, linehaul, and last-mile delivery. You will lead vendor performance, drive efficiency, and implement data-driven improvements across the shipment lifecycle.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on process automation, and English proficiency; Korean is a plus.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in cross-border logistics, e-commerce logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
Strong understanding of end-to-end international B2C logistics operations.
Proven experience managing logistics vendors and driving performance via KPIs and SLAs.
Hands-on experience with process improvement, automation, or efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily logistics performance across the shipment lifecycle and resolve issues proactively.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for stable operations.
Analyze KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Track performance trends and implement action plans to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Own vendor management and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners; drive governance and SOPs.
