Job summary

JLL seeks a procurement specialist in Taguig, Philippines to lead end-to-end sourcing, RFx execution, and vendor management across APAC. You will manage tender processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver data-driven supplier performance insights while coordinating with onshore and offshore teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, contract administration, and continuous improvement in facilities management procurement across commercial portfolios.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, sourcing support/coordination, RFx management, or vendor management with demonstrable results.
• Experience with tender/RFx processes including vendor engagement and response management.
• Facilities management procurement experience/exposure (cleaning, security, maintenance, trades) advantageous.
• Demonstrated Excel and data analysis skills in a procurement or business operations context.
• Offshore/BPO experience with understanding of SLA-driven remote work environments (preferred).
• Professional English fluency, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement support across APAC Sourcing & Procurement functions.
• Lead and execute tender/RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) through Jaggaer for FM service categories.
• Develop tender documentation including scope of works, specifications, evaluation criteria, and terms.
• Manage vendor compliance programs across APAC markets including insurance, licensing, HSSE, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce quarterly supplier performance scorecards across quality, delivery, compliance, safety, and commercial metrics.
• Monitor contract performance, KPIs, renewals, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, data governance, and master data accuracy across platforms.
• Support stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and escalation handling.
