Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management with demonstrable results.
• Experience with tender/RFx processes including vendor engagement and response management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender/RFx processes for FM services including scope, specs, criteria and terms.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, data management and performance scorecards across APAC markets.
• Maintain contract registers, renewal calendars and compliance documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis and supplier performance data for reviews.
• Collaborate with onshore teams and stakeholders across time zones to drive savings and compliance.
