Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced procurement specialist in Taguig, Philippines to join the APAC Sourcing & Procurement team, handling end-to-end tender leadership, supplier communications, and data-driven procurement across facilities management services for commercial portfolios.

You will lead RFx processes, manage vendor risk, onboarding, and performance reporting, collaborating with onshore teams across time zones, ensuring compliance and delivering cost savings while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management with results.
• Experience with tender/RFx processes and supplier engagement.
• Facilities management procurement experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender/RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) through Jaggaer.
• Create tender documentation and commercial terms.
• Manage vendor communications and response tracking.
• Produce supplier performance scorecards and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance and risk management across APAC markets.
• Support data inputs for financial modelling.
