Job summary

JLL is seeking a Procurement Specialist to provide end-to-end sourcing and RFx support for APAC facilities management services, spanning cleaning, security, maintenance, and specialized trades. You will lead tender processes, manage vendor communications, and analyze market data to inform supplier choices.

The role emphasizes rigorous documentation, risk management, and ongoing vendor performance tracking across multiple markets with on-site collaboration in Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of procurement experience with RFx management and vendor coordination.
• Experience with tender/RFx processes including supplier engagement and response management.
• Facilities management procurement experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender/RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) using Jaggaer for FM services.
• Develop tender documentation including scope, specs, evaluation criteria, and terms.
• Coordinate vendor communications and track responses with dashboards.
• Support award communications and supplier debriefs with constructive feedback.
• Produce supplier performance data and quarterly scorecards.
