Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support the Australian Sourcing & Procurement team from APAC. You will lead end-to-end tendering for FM services, manage vendor compliance, onboarding, and performance with a focus on risk management and cost optimization.

This role requires strong Excel proficiency, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts across borders with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of procurement experience, with exposure to facilities management services.
• Strong FM category knowledge and supplier evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across offshore/onshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for FM services.
• Manage vendor compliance programs including licenses, insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, performance scorecards, and contract administration.
• Generate procurement reports and drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Australian stakeholders and onshore teams to ensure alignment.
