Job summary

RingCentral Philippines is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal cycles. You will use deep knowledge of RingCentral products and the admin portal to resolve challenges, educate users, and maximize value across the customer journey.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in technology solution sales (UCaaS/CCaaS/SaaS), with churn prevention, renewals experience, and B2B sales.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Technology Solution Sales experience (UCaS, CCaS, SaaS)
Churn prevention, contract renewals, and negotiation experience
B2B sales and sales referral experience
Account management experience

Responsibilities

Has thorough knowledge of the organization’s products/ services.
Identifies customer challenges and future needs and recommends the best RingCentral solutions to solve them.
Manages the end-to-end customer journey post-implementation, focusing on onboarding, education, and renewal execution.
Provides product training and advises on feature optimization.
Ensure customers are utilizing the full suite of RingCentral features to maximize value.
Proactively contacts at-risk accounts and implements save strategies to protect MRR.
Develops account-specific plans for contract renewals.
Collaborates with partner sellers to ensure great customer experience.
Updates customer information on Salesforce.com.
