Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Customer Success, preferably SaaS.
• Ability to drive business value and influence C-level conversations.
• Experience with Salesforce products and technical delivery is a must.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Signature deliverables and overall customer experience across the Signature lifecycle.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer IT and business leadership.
• Identify risks, align business value with technical goals, and drive renewals/expansion.
