Zendesk seeks an Account Executive to drive growth in the Iberian market, focusing on new business while expanding partnerships across Spain and Portugal. Based in Madrid, you will build relationships with decisions and champions, aligning Zendesk solutions to client needs and creating multi-month, value-driven deals.

You will manage a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in cloud/software B2B / AI sales or solution engineering.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to C-level executives.
• Ability to navigate complex multi-month sales cycles and renewals.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).

Responsibilities

• Directly drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new customers and penetrating top tier Iberian accounts from Madrid.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities, focusing on the Iberian market.
• Cross-sell additional Zendesk products to existing customers to optimize revenue.
• Build and nurture key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Lead complex, value-centric sales cycles with proof of concept stages and accurate forecasting.
