AVEVA is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Spain & Portugal to expand our Iberia Operations & Optimization portfolio by growing strategic accounts and winning new logos.

You will build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, partners and delivery teams to deliver measurable business value. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus. Hybrid/remote work in Iberia.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of successful B2B industrial software sales experience (enterprise/strategic accounts), ideally in Spain and/or Portugal.
• Proven track record of growing existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell) while also consistently winning new logos.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and to sell on business value/ROI.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong advantage).

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in Spain and Portugal, driving renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify, qualify and win new logo opportunities through proactive prospecting and targeted account planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders (C-level) and key influencers across customer organizations.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle (discovery, value positioning, proposals, negotiation and closing) in partnership with internal teams.
• Develop and execute an Iberia territory plan with accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene and clear prioritisation.
