Job summary

Karihome, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a high-energy sales account leader to grow our Dysport and aesthetics portfolio with top clinics and hospital aesthetic departments. You will own relationships with key accounts and drive annual action plans.

Visit accounts regularly, negotiate terms, forecast demand, and collaborate with medical and marketing teams on training, events, and KOL engagement. Travel within the country as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or related field.
• 4–6 years sales experience in aesthetics/pharma/medical devices; 2+ years managing key or national accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Existing relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists or plastic surgeons.
• Fluent in English and local business language; willing to travel nationwide and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a list of key accounts including clinic chains and hospital aesthetics departments.
• Build annual account plans with clear sales targets and product mix.
• Visit accounts regularly; monitor patient mix, stock levels, and competitor activity.
• Negotiate pricing, volume agreements and promotional terms within guidelines.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales teams to meet objectives.
