Job summary

Garrod Health's Garrod Dermaceuticals unit seeks a Key Accounts Specialist assigned to Metro Manila & Rizal (Pasig-based). The role focuses on developing and managing key accounts with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, wellness centers, hospitals and distributors.

You will travel within the territory, grow revenues through strategic relationships, lead territory development plans, and coordinate product launches and educational events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Life Sciences or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in pharmaceutical, dermatology, aesthetics, skincare, or medical device sales.
• Strong account management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willing to conduct field work and travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key accounts within the assigned territory.
• Build strategic relationships with Aesthetic Clinics, Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Wellness Centers, Hospitals, Pharmacy Accounts, and Medical Distributors.
• Identify opportunities for territory expansion and revenue growth.
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and business reviews.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Promote Garrod Dermaceuticals products and services professionally.
• Implement territory growth strategies and account development plans.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends.
• Coordinate product launches, clinic activations, and educational events.
• Submit regular territory and account performance reports.
