Sales Achievement
- Hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for your accounts.
- Track sell-in and sell-through. Flag slow-moving stock early and agree a plan with the account.

- Work with distributors where applicable, and make sure they support your accounts properly.
- Give input on brand plans, pricing and launch strategies based on what you see in the field.
Account Management
- Own and grow a list of key accounts: clinic chains, high-volume clinics, hospital aesthetic centers and top-tier injectors.
- Build an annual account plan for each key account, with clear sales targets, product mix and growth actions.
- Visit accounts regularly. Know their patient mix, buying patterns, stock levels and competitor activity.
- Negotiate pricing, volume agreements and promotional terms within company guidelines.
- Resolve account issues fast: orders, deliveries, product complaints, payment terms.

- Build strong relationships with leading aesthetic physicians, dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
- Work with the medical and marketing teams to plan training sessions, workshops, masterclasses and congress activity for your accounts.
- Identify and develop new KOLs and rising injectors who can grow with our brands.
- Make sure all product discussions follow approved claims, local regulations and company compliance rules.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales teams to meet sales and human resource objectives.
