MAVI is seeking an experienced Lead Accountant / Accounting Manager to join our finance team, overseeing accounting operations for US-based businesses. The role suits professionals who can manage full accounting cycles, lead month-end close, and direct a growing accounting team.

You will coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, ensure US GAAP compliance, and drive process improvements and ERP initiatives. Strong leadership and communication with senior stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of accounting and finance experience with US exposure.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading month-end and year-end close processes.
• Proven team leadership and people management.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting for US entities/clients.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee GL activities, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets.
• Oversee AP/AR and cash management.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Mentor accounting team and review work.
