Job summary

MAVI partners with high-growth US startups and SMEs, embedding experienced accounting professionals directly within their finance teams. As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee end-to-end accounting operations for US clients and mentor your team in a fast-moving environment.

You will lead Record-to-Report, manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, ensure US GAAP compliance, and build strong relationships with US Controllers and CFOs while driving automation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP expertise.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of accountants.
• ERP experience with NetSuite, Toast, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
• CA / CPA (or equivalent) credentials strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with US time zone overlap.

The Opportunity
