Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in Makati City is seeking a highly motivated Account Management Specialist to manage post-sales client relationships and operational execution.

As the main link between clients and internal teams, you will champion the customer lifecycle—from activation and onboarding to contract fulfillment and service delivery. Your role includes onboarding, billing inquiries, SLAs, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service or account management.
• Understanding of contract fulfillment and service lifecycle.
• Knowledge of energy regulatory frameworks (RCOA, GEOP, RAP) is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end switching and onboarding with regulatory timelines.
• Serve as primary ops contact for post-sales concerns (billing, inquiries).
• Collaborate with Billing, Technical Ops, Regulatory, Finance and Customer Care to enforce SLAs.
• Lead account onboarding, deliver user orientations, and assist with value-added services.
• Track key account metrics, address bottlenecks, and compile operational reports.
• Build relationships with client finance and ops to drive retention.
