Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Sales and Customer Success Manager in the Philippines.

You will be the primary contact for corporate clients, handling inbound inquiries, guiding onboarding, and delivering high-touch support to maximize value from our services. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong communication, and the ability to navigate corporate structures and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, corporate customer support, or client success within a service-oriented industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate structures, procurement processes, and decision-making workflows.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound corporate inquiries, qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored service solutions to prospective B2B clients.
• Guide new corporate clients through the initial setup, implementation, and onboarding phases to ensure a seamless transition into our ecosystem.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for existing B2B accounts, resolving complex service issues, answering billing questions, and addressing technical inquiries with urgency.
• Monitor client health, engage with key stakeholders before contract renewals, and identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell service tiers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, sales stages, and support tickets within our CRM database.
• Gather and share client feedback with product, operations, and leadership to drive service improvements.
