Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in Makati City is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Switching & Contracts specialist to own contract administration, onboarding support, and regulatory coordination. You will manage end-to-end processes to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Energy Management, or a related field.
• Experience in contract administration, customer switching, regulatory compliance, or back-end operations support in energy or utilities is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and databases (e.g., Salesforce, Noah).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track complex schedules and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for coordination with regulatory bodies (DUs, IEMOP, ERC).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary focal point for contract administration and back-end support for onboarding, switching, renewals, extensions, terminations, and related agreements.
• Prepare, review, coordinate, and monitor contracts, regulatory documents, and correspondence for timely execution.
• Track milestones, expiration dates, switching schedules, and regulatory submissions to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Sales, Billing, and Operations to finalize and execute contracts.
• Coordinate with customers and external stakeholders on switching, renewals, registrations, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, Noah, and other systems; generate monitoring reports and updates.
