People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships and oversee recruitment coordination, onboarding and ongoing account development. You will collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Operations and Leadership to keep clients informed, aligned and supported.

The role focuses on proactive issue resolution, clear communication, and ensuring the client journey from onboarding through ongoing delivery is smooth and successful.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Client Success, Recruitment Coordination or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience managing client expectations and resolving concerns.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships, recruitment coordination, onboarding support and ongoing account management.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Operations and Leadership for updates and alignment.
• Proactively manage client expectations and provide timely updates.
• Capture client feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and support workforce planning.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and transition from recruitment to delivery.
