Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management or after-sales operations.
• Knowledge of contract fulfillment, post-sales operations and service lifecycles; energy regulatory familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to collaborate across Billing, Technical Operations, Regulatory, Finance and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Switching & Activation: lead customer switching and activation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Primary Customer Liaison: address after-sales concerns including billing and service inquiries.
• Service Level & Contract Fulfillment: coordinate with internal teams to meet SLAs and contracts.
• Onboarding & Enablement: conduct onboarding and service orientations for customers.
• Account & Performance Monitoring: track account performance and identify risks or gaps.
• Escalation & Issue Resolution: investigate issues and propose resolutions.
• Reporting & Documentation: maintain service reports and performance updates.
• Relationship Management: build strong client relationships for retention.
