Job summary

CaPEx Cargo Padala Express is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to manage key client relationships from the Head Office in Pasay. You will conduct regular visits, reviews, and meetings to understand client needs and drive engagement.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, driving repeat bookings, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in account management, customer retention, customer service, or sales.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Willing to conduct field visits and customer meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business partnership.
• Conduct regular customer visits, account reviews, and business meetings to understand customer requirements and strengthen engagement.
• Monitor account performance and shipment activity, ensuring repeat bookings and identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Provide customers with timely updates on company services, operational developments, promotions, and other relevant information.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution and service recovery.
• Develop and implement account retention strategies to minimize customer attrition and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Prepare account status reports, customer feedback summaries, and retention performance updates for management.
