Job summary

FedEx Express in Manila is seeking an Account Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and deliver compelling sales pitches for our products and services.

You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quotas, provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, and independently plan workloads to meet deadlines and targets. This is a full-time role based in Manila with opportunities in a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong rapport with current and potential customers through face to face interactions.
• Understands potential customers’ needs and accurately determines if customers are a suitable fit for our product and services.
• Crafts and delivers compelling sales pitches to customers which addresses their pain points.
• Provides exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas and contribute to overall organization goals.
• Independently plans, prioritizes and organizes workload to meet deadlines and targets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
