Job summary

Concentrix CVG Philippines, Inc. in Makati seeks an Account Manager to oversee complex client accounts, renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities. You will be the single point of contact for client customers and ensure satisfaction while addressing escalated issues and driving revenue.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in account management, Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in an account management environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment and build positive relationships.
• Proven track record of success in sales or account management.
• Passion for exceptional customer experience and sales.
• Aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of complex client accounts and develop processes to ensure favorable relationships with clients.
• Renew, expand, and convert the service relationships with the existing customer base.
• Call upon client customers to assess opportunities, renew contracts, and convert customers to other services when applicable.
• Ensure client’s customers are consistently satisfied and resolve escalated issues.
• Achieve revenue-based quotas based on successful account management and related processes.
• Evaluate client needs and propose potential solutions.
• Serve as single point of contact for client customers and coordinate client service teams.
• Utilize data to remediate customer concerns and influence renewal decisions.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans; explore additional product/service opportunities.
• Use data to influence buying/renewal processes.
