Job summary

Newcore Industries International Inc is seeking a capable Account Manager to build and sustain relations with clients in the architectural, engineering, construction, and interior fit-out sectors. You will lead assigned accounts and act as the main liaison across the project lifecycle.

You will identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and cost estimates, and coordinate with Design, Engineering and Procurement teams to meet client requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record in B2B sales or business development within construction-related industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to understand architecture, engineering, and fit-out project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the construction, architectural, engineering, and interior fit-out industries.
• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, scope, budget, and timelines.
• Identify new business opportunities within construction and fit-out sectors and develop potential clients.
• Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and cost estimates with cross-team input.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
