Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing existing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Handles fewer accounts but has longer sales cycles and larger deal sizes.
• Typically meets with customers in person or via video conferencing.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing strategic guidance and support.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive account plans for each assigned customer.
• Setting realistic revenue goals and tracking progress.
• Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Staying informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Analyzing customer data to identify market opportunities.
• Adapting account strategies to changing market conditions.
