Job summary

The University of Perpetual Help System Laguna Inc. in the Philippines invites an HR Officer to oversee academic and administrative HR at the Pueblo de Panay Campus (On-site).

The role covers academic labor compliance, HRIS & payroll systems, end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and records management. You will build strong relationships with academic heads, faculty and staff while safeguarding confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRDM or Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of five years HR experience in academic setting.
• Strong knowledge of PhilippineLabor Code and tenure rules.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems and audit-ready records.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding for faculty and staff.
• Maintain secure, audit-ready records and compliance.
• Engage with academic heads and staff to manage stakeholders.
• Resolve employee relations issues with discretion.
• Align staffing with institutional goals and timelines.
