Job summary

Empower LLC seeks a dedicated Client & Partner Support Specialist in Manila. You will ensure high-quality service coverage for advisors, partners, and plan sponsors, maintaining continuity of support during absences or transitions.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in financial services or client service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with retirement plan tools and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong communication and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services or client service.
• Familiarity with plan sponsor tools and regulatory requirements (ERISA, DOL, IRS).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service coverage for advisors, partners, and plan sponsors.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks and inform stakeholders of progress.
• Investigate and resolve issues by collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.
• Handle operational requests including contributions, loans, distributions, enrollments, payroll support, compliance, audits, and reporting inquiries.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness.
