Job summary

Table Group Inc. in SM La Union is seeking a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) to lead the cafe team, oversee daily operations, and maintain service standards.

You will monitor sales, P&L, inventory and costs, prepare reports, ensure staffing and customer experience, and drive store targets. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in F&B/retail and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
