Job summary

Table Group Inc. is seeking a Cafe Lead (Store Manager) for our Nuvali location. You will lead and coach the cafe team, oversee daily operations and service standards, and monitor sales, P&L, inventory, and costs to ensure top performance and profitability.

The role requires at least 3 years in F&B or related industries, strong leadership and customer service skills, and willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays. Join us for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related industries
• Experience in people/team management
• Knowledge of P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering and cost control
