Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Philippines is seeking a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) to lead and mentor the cafe team at Festive Walk Mall. You will oversee daily operations, maintain service standards, manage staffing, and drive store performance to meet targets.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in F&B or related management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to optimize sales, inventory, and costs while delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
