The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) to lead and coach the cafe team at SM Downtown Premier. You will oversee daily operations, service standards, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in F&B/retail, with strong leadership and P&L awareness, ready to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays. Competitive compensation and benefits await in a friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B/retail/hospitality or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledge of P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
