The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) at SM Batangas. Lead the cafe team, oversee operations, and ensure service standards that reflect CBTL’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the cafe team

• Oversee daily store operations and service standards

• Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses

• Prepare and analyze operational reports

• Ensure proper staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience

• Drive sales and achieve store targets

Qualifications:
