Job summary

Table Group Inc. in Quezon City seeks a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) at SM Fairview to lead and coach the cafe team, overseeing daily store operations and service standards.

You will monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering and costs, prepare operational reports, ensure staffing, quality, cleanliness and customer experience, and drive sales to achieve store targets while modeling FROTH values: Friendliness, Respect, Ownership, Teamwork, and Honesty.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• With experience in people/team management
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
