Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) for the SM Megacenter location. You will lead and coach the cafe team, oversee daily operations, monitor sales and inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction.

We expect at least 2 years in F&B/retail or related fields, with strong leadership and communication skills. Shift work, weekends, and holidays are required; CBTL values friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork and honesty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in F&B/retail/hotel management or related industries
• Experience in people/team management
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
