The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) at SM Marilao. Lead the cafe team, oversee daily operations, and drive sales while maintaining service standards and CBTL’s FROTH values.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in F&B or related fields, proven people management, and strong leadership and communication skills. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
