Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH in SM Marikina is seeking a Cafe Lead (Store Manager) to supervise daily cafe operations and coach the team. You will drive sales, uphold service standards, manage costs and ensure a superior customer experience at the store level.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in F&B or retail management, strong people leadership and a track record in achieving targets. Shifts, weekends, and holidays are part of the role, with a supportive workplace and opportunities for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in F&B, retail, hotel & restaurant management or related fields.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledge of P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
