The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is seeking a Cafe Lead (Store Manager) to oversee Clark-store operations, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledge of P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

• Lead and coach the cafe team

• Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses
• Prepare and analyze operational reports
